1. What type of packaging do you provide?

We can do both in-stock and customized packaging (OEM & ODM), including- pump bottles, dropper bottles,essense bottles and jars. We also offer customized moulding services.

2. What are your minimum order quantities for items?

For in-stock items the MOQ is 5,000 pcs per item. For customized items the MOQ is 10,000 pcs per item.

3. Can we get samples for testing firstly?

We offer free samples exclude shipping cost. For larger samples,charged at a reasonable fee.

4. do you provide production sample before bulk production?

Yes, when placed the order and pay the despoit or payment, we will provide a sample for final confirmation then do bulk production.

5. What is the payment terms?

normally we do 50% deposit in advance and balance paide before shipping. but for moulding charges should be 100% paid firstly.

6. What is the payment method?

TT, L/C, paypal, western union, cash etc.

7. Can you do the printing on the items?

Yes, we offer the artworks as silk screen,bronzing,spraying,frosting,plating

8. Do you inspect the goods before shipping out?

All the items have pre-mid-finish QC check, before shipping out also have random inspection.

9. What is the lead time?

Normally in a week, 10,000-50,000pcs about 15-25 days, above around 35 days.
